We want children at DOHMS to learn, to lead and to make a difference

Dew of Hermon is a school that is set up based on the principle and philosophies of a great, strong Doctor teacher and lover of children Dr Maria Montessori who through determination, patience and loving disposition took time to observe the unfolding of a child and came up with aesthetic didactic teaching materials to help empower a child.

With such passion that exudes from the Director of Academics who has taught in reputable schools such as Greensprings School, Lara Day, Heritage House Montessori and exposed to different international trainings in handling children. She later set up viable running schools within and outside Lagos. Owing to the success of setting up schools, she decided to set up DOHMS with a great desire to raise, transform, inspire and develop leadership capacity in children through friendly, enabling environment where good Godly values will be a priority for any child to be self sufficient, grow and develop self esteem, confidence and be great academic achievers

DOHMS was set up to develop and empower leadership capabilities in our young stars. The Director of Studies is married to her heartthrob Babatunde Saheed Lawanson a prolific and articulate Brand expert. She has over fourteen years experience in education and they are both blessed with three wonderful children. The school which was incorporated in April 2012, opened her doors in September 2012 with two (2) children and grew to eleven (11) before the end of the first year. DOHMS is an approved institution by the by the Lagos State Government. It is located in a serene, warm and friendly environment where we value all people.
